The combination boiler from Biotech combines the practical advantages of pellet boilers with inexpensive log wood as the main fuel. Two separate combustion chambers, automatic ignition by the pellets and other extras characterize these modern boilers.
The unique principle of combined firing of pellets and logs with two combustion chambers and two sensor systems for both types of fuel in one device. A noise-insulated conveyor turbine transports the pellets to the combustion chamber, where they are automatically ignited. For filling with logs, the HVZ-SP offers a large filling chute for logs up to 1/2 m in length. The perfect, low-smoke ignition using the powerful Pellets Power Start then ignites the logs from below and ensures exceptionally rapid formation of embers.
The result of two sensor systems is a very clean combustion. Only the principle with the 2 combustion chambers and the dual sensor system in connection with an intelligent control guarantees the advantageil a highly efficient combustion quality for both types of fuel - also in the so-called heating-up and transition phases. Overall, this means better emission values and lower fuel consumption with fully automatic operation without manual intervention. The triple burn-back protection protects the pellet store from a fire caused by declining, hot gases or even flames.
