An integrated suction turbine sucks the pellets into the storage container. From there the pellets will be transported via a dosing screw to the discharge rail and fall onto the burner grate. An automatic hot air ignition ignites the pellets. The Combustion control DCC®, with lambda probe and air mass sensors, controls the combustion process. The lambda probe controls the clocking of the dosing screw and the oxygen supply. This ensures clean combustion in every power range. The heat exchangerendures the energy of the hot combustion gases into the water.
The combustion system and the heat exchanger are cleaned automatically.
The speed-controlled induced draft fan is mounted at the upper end of the boiler. It ensures constant negative pressure in the boiler, regardless of the chimney draft. This brings high operational reliability and constant combustion conditions.
Control with a lambda probe alone enables top heating performance! In other words: erWith a lambda probe, pellets can be burned cleanly and efficiently. Everything else is just a kind of "better campfire", since there is too little data on the current status of the combustion in the heater.
The lambda probe continuously supplies data on the residual oxygen in the exhaust gas. With this data, the required air and fuel quantities can be determined exactly. In combination with the air mass sensors used, conclusions can be drawn about the composition of the fuel. Differences in the fuel (dust content, size of the pellets, moisture content, etc.) are thus automatically recognized and corrected.
This in turn means high efficiencies with low emission values at the same time.
Our firing system is made of high-temperature-resistant stainless steel
and enables a fast reaction time in the partial load range. As a result, no thermal safety device is required. Our burner grate is characterized by a long service life. Likewise, this is daily from accumulating fire residues cleaned automatically.
With all Biotech successful pellet boilers comes the revolutionary
Combustion technology DCC® for use. In combination with the air mass sensors used, the condition of the wood pellet fuel in the pellet heating system is automatically recognized and adjusted.
DCC® enables high levels of efficiency and operational reliability with low emission values in every power range!
The control: many options with simple operation!
The operation of the pellet heating system is simple and clear thanks to a modern microprocessor control system with an LCD screen. The Top-Light Zero even scores with a 5.7'' color display and operating options via tablets, smartphones and Co.
When using room remote controls (room thermostats), you set the desired temperature in the living area and the tried and tested technology does the rest for you.
The modular design enables the expansion of up to four mixed heating circuits. Boiler and buffer management are of course included in the basic equipment. Software updates are possible and even free of charge as part of an annual service.
This transports the pellets into the combustion chamber. This system ensures 100% burn-back safety as the material flow of the pellets from the burner to the pellet store is completely interrupted twice:
With a high-performance suction turbine, the pellets are transported from the pellet storage room into the storage tank of the boiler. The suction distance is up to approx. 20m hose length.
System advantages:
Only a clean boiler wall enables a good transfer of heat into the heating water. The built-in automatic boiler cleaning system switches on regularly and cleans the heat exchanger of fly ash residues that have accumulated on the boiler wall. No manual kettle shaking or brushing. That's what the Biotech pellet heating systems do daily itself.
